PAN Tein-Yi is a graduate from the Tamkang University with a master’s degree in architecture. He has created various work including the Fun Live House in Hsinchu, Discovery Pavilion in the Taichung World Flora Exposition, Mountain Sea Theater in Hualien, and the Hengshan Calligraphy Museum in Taoyuan.
