Roaming in History is a mobile food vendor that sells traditional Hakka delicacies. A restored tricycle and GFun fabrics are used to create a large bamboo-structured functional work of art. This vendor also showcases photos of the old Fugang community. As the wheel of time trundles along in our everchanging world, what is left is our memory and sense of taste. Is this not how stories are passed from one generation to the next?
