Sojourner's Vessel
Yu, Wen-Fu
Rather than permanent residents, we are merely sojourners on this planet. Within the empty rhythmic columns of the "Inception" corridor, I placed a monumental bamboo-woven shell, echoing the borrowed shelter of a hermit crab. The natural materiality of bamboo confronts the cold, concrete architecture—a silent introspection. It is an exploration of space and time, challenging our perceptions of transient versus eternal existence.
