By recording daily conversations of the Hakkas andunique local environmental sounds, the artist connects the sounds with art installationsin order to showcase the charm of marine life and the culture of Hakka. This is a cooperative project with the Yuan Ze University (YZU) Learning Center. To enhance the understanding of the local culture, this project encourages students to interact with the elderly, take the initiative to explore cultural stories of the Hakkas and recognize the different aspects of Xinwu.
