The old sayings of Taiwanese like "have sweets, have sons", "have sweets, have money can often be heard on wedding banquet as a wish of good fortune for the bride-to-be. This project features the various tasty cakes of Kuo Yuan Ye, a century-old shop that is known for its fine, delicious and festive candies and pastries. The highlight is a beautiful colorful wedding dress cake with all these sweets that resembles sweet happiness.
