Rivers and creeks are significant contexts for cluster culture as water and life shares an intimate relationship. When crystal clear drops of water falls from heavens and spread onto the surface of earth and water, the splashes of instants are called water tiara. Drops of water converge into rivers that run into the ocean. Ceramics is combined with the fractured recycled glass to create distinctive tiara of water sculptures around and in between floating islands, so that visitors may appreciate once again the connection between humanity and river as well as the value of water culture.
