The artist has created a stone installation nestled within the sandy beach and forest near Driftwood Park, conceptualized to echo the landscape of the Xinwu stone weirs—a traditional fishing structure that extends from the ocean into the forest. Intertwined with the history of the stone weirs built by the Pingpu indigenous people, the artwork incorporates traditional Taiwanese san-he-tu (three-in-one mortar) and seashells, presenting the stones through a technique of "weaving."

By delving into Taoyuan's stone culture (such as the San-Li-Shi, three sacred stones associated with the belief in the Earth God / Tudi Gong) and participating in the restoration activities hosted by the Taoyuan Stone Weir Association, the artist studied and inherited the traditional stone-stacking techniques from the local community. Through continuous dialogue and interaction with the community, this artwork has been endowed with life, destined to grow and evolve continuously over time.

The significance of this artwork stems from its profound connection with the stone weir landscape. Just as the stone weirs reveal themselves only at low tide, the artwork exists as a shifting landscape that ebbs and flows with the tides and waves.
